We offer worldwide shipping to any country. Whenever possible we use a local logistics service to keep delivery costs as low as possible

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders typically take 24 - 48 hours to process excluding weekends and holidays.

IMPORT TAXES

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Flashlanding has no control over these charges, nor can Flashlanding predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.

If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will endeavor to update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.

PUBLIC / SHARED ADDRESSES

If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation you are responsible for the collection of all items and we will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.

Longer estimated delivery times for remote/rural address, shipping and billing addresses must be valid.
